Yes...I thought that was the idea..PWEI morphing into VE. Simple yet very clever. Or they dug out the last PWEI logo, fiddled with it for a bit and then went to the pub.

Thats because the 24 logo is also made from the old skewl lcd watch display font. Anyhow here is a better look at the CD front cover...
